Apr 28, 2017· Service call 0110. I then switch off the main power, run the head carriage along the rail manually a few times and then lock it back in the base and restart. Usually the problem then vanishes or sometims i have to do it a few times. Roland tech suggested replacing the Linear bearing as he believes this is what is at fault.
